We are living a new wave of change in education, driven essentially by digital culture that has transformed the way we relate to work, education and life. With the increase in life expectancy, the emergence of new professions and the need to develop new skills and competences it is urgent to reimagine the role of learning.

In 10 years

Our goals are:

  • Support the growth of 240 education startups through its own acceleration program.
  • Advocate and foster interest in innovation geared towards transforming learning into work, education and lifelong learning.

Our history

With the objective of contributing to the improvement of the quality of Brazilian education through innovation of learning, Future Education is born in 2016 as a result of the experiences of its founders with educational innovation.

The sum of the experiences of the founders is based on more than 10 years of teaching in higher education, coordinating undergraduate courses, teacher training, learning management, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship and digital technology.

After a pre-operation period in 2016 for design and validation of its acceleration methodology, Future Education started in April 2017, the first EdTech Growth class attracting 8 education startups and ending the year with two classes and 16 accelerated startups. Also in 2017 he leads other accelerators from the US, Mexico, France and South Africa, forming an international consortium of EdTech.

Possui mais de 15 anos de experiência em inovação e tecnologia digital, atua como Palestrante, Conselheiro de startups de EdTech, Colunista da Revista Linha Direta e InfoGeekie, Membro da Comissão Especial de Educação Digital na OAB (2016-2019) e Co-autor do Compromisso de Privacidade de Dados Educacionais. Diretor de Comunidade no Comitê de EdTech na Associação Brasileira de Startups. Enquanto Co-fundador e CEO da EngagED (2013-2015) conquistou o 1º Lugar no Desafio Brasil, a certificação ABVCAP entre as 10 mais inovadoras e habilitadas a receber investimento e o incentivo de US$ 100 mil Google for Entrepreneurs. É graduado em Marketing e possui MBA em Inovação de Negócios com extensão internacional em Babson College pela FIAP.

Juliana Massi

Possui dupla graduação em Direito e Administração pelo UNIVEM, tem pós graduação e Mestrado em Direito pela PUCPR. Professora universitária há quase 10 anos, já trabalhou como conteudista de atividades de aprendizagem pela Saraiva Educação, foi professora de cursos preparatórios para concursos públicos (Ordem Mais) e Coordenadora Acadêmica dos cursos de Administração, Relações Internacionais e tecnólogos em Gestão de Recursos Humanos e Logística da UTP/PR onde ganhou destaque, sobretudo, pela idealização e criação do Centro de Pesquisa, Inovações e Negócios da Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná – o PIMENTA. Atuando com formação de professores em metodologias ativas e desenvolvendo projetos multidisciplinares com alunos no Pimenta, ganhou experiência na gestão acadêmica e formação de professores. Hoje atua como Coordenadora de Ensino e Aprendizagem do Insper, com foco na formação de professores.
